Amorvino

Privacy policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026

This notice explains, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), which personal data the website www.amorvinoenoteca.it processes, why, for how long and with which providers.

1. Data controller

Amorvino di Varricchio Domenico (“Amorvino Enoteca e vendita vino”), VAT IT04236010247, Via Vicenza 50/E, Centro Commerciale Le Vele, 36043 Camisano Vicentino (VI), Italy. Email info@amorvino2019.it, phone and WhatsApp +39 0444 212320.

2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis

a) Browsing the site

The service hosting the site automatically logs technical visit data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to run the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). The site has no accounts, sign-up forms or online payments.

b) Requests, reservations and quotes via WhatsApp, phone or email

From the site you can message us on WhatsApp (including sending your bottle “list” or the gift questionnaire), call us or email us. We process the data you send — name, phone number, message content, requested products, pickup day, notes, age confirmation — to reply, check availability, prepare your request and, for businesses, issue quotes, invoices and deliveries. Legal basis: pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by you (Art. 6.1.b) and tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.c).

The list and the questionnaire stay on your phone until you press “Send” in WhatsApp: the site does not store them on any server. WhatsApp processes messages as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

c) Statistics and advertising (only with your consent)

If you agree in the cookie banner, we may use Google Analytics 4 (anonymous visit statistics, IP address anonymised) and, in future, campaign measurement tools such as Google Ads and Meta Pixel. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie preferences”. Details in the cookie policy.

d) Google map

The map only loads if you press “Show the map”; from then on Google processes browsing data under its own policy. “Get directions” links open Google Maps.

3. How long we keep data

4. Who may receive the data

Only Amorvino staff and the providers we need, appointed as processors or acting as independent controllers:

We never sell or hand over your data.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (GitHub, Google, Meta) may process data in the United States, on the basis of their participation in the EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Is providing data required?

It is optional, but without contact details we cannot answer requests or handle reservations. Refusing statistics and advertising cookies does not limit your use of the site.

7. Adults only

The site is about alcoholic drinks and is for adults only. We do not knowingly process data of people under 18.

8. Your rights

You may at any time ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent (Articles 15‑22 GDPR) by writing to info@amorvino2019.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it). We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.

9. Changes

We may update this notice; the date at the top shows the latest version.
