Terms and conditions

Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms govern the use of the website www.amorvinoenoteca.it and the requests and reservations sent through it. By using the site you accept them.

1. Who we are

Amorvino di Varricchio Domenico (“Amorvino Enoteca e vendita vino”), VAT IT04236010247, Via Vicenza 50/E, Centro Commerciale Le Vele, 36043 Camisano Vicentino (VI), Italy. Email info@amorvino2019.it, phone and WhatsApp +39 0444 212320.

2. What the site offers

The site presents the shop, some of the bottles available and the gifts we prepare. It is not an online shop: no sales are concluded and no payments are made on the site. From the site you can send us requests and reservations via WhatsApp, or call or email us.

3. Adults only

The site is about alcoholic drinks and is for adults only. Italian law forbids selling alcoholic drinks to anyone under 18: at pickup we may ask for an ID and refuse the sale if age is not proven.

4. Catalogue, photos and information

• Photos are taken in the shop and descriptions are for information only. Some details (strength, size, vintage) may be missing or differ: the label on the bottle is always what counts.
• A bottle shown on the site is not guaranteed to be in stock: availability changes.
• Prices are not published on the site: we give them in the shop or in our reply to your request.

5. Requests and reservations via WhatsApp

• The bottle list, the gift questionnaire and messages are requests: they are not binding orders for you or for us.
• A reservation is confirmed only when we reply with availability and price. We usually reply during opening hours.
• We hold reserved bottles for the period stated in our confirmation. You can cancel a reservation at any time before pickup, free of charge, by messaging us.
• Pickup and payment take place in the shop (card, Satispay or cash). The sale is completed in the shop at payment.

6. Gifts and corporate gifts

Gift boxes, hampers and corporate gifts are agreed with us: contents, price, timing and, for businesses, delivery are set out in the quote we send and apply once confirmed. Gift photos show examples of past work: each box is made to order and may differ.

7. Warranties and consumer rights

As the sale is concluded in the shop, the rules on distance contracts and the right of withdrawal do not apply. The legal warranties under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) still apply to the products you buy.

8. Intellectual property

Texts, photos, graphics and the Amorvino brand belong to the owner and may not be copied or reused without permission. Producers' names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products.

9. Liability and external links

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. The site links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook) for which we are not responsible.

10. Responsible drinking

Please drink responsibly. Never drink and drive.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published when you use the site applies. For any question write to info@amorvino2019.it.
